Refund policy
How do I return?
Email us at: support@sleepbysanti.co. Make sure to include the order number and email you used to purchase the product. We will accept returns and will refund after the item has been shipped back to us. You will be responsible for the return fees back to our warehouse. The original shipping fee is NOT refundable.
What items are returnable?
Items are returnable WITHIN 14 days after the date of order has been delivered, and must be in unused, resellable condition, and original packaging intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted items (excludes email discounts or store available discount)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased for a promo
- Items that have been delivered after more than 14 days to the customer

I ordered and I never received it.
Email us at support@sleepbysanti.co and make sure to include the order number and/or the email which you used to buy the item. We might also ask for proof that your cc/debit or any form of changeable account was charged by us.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. We might also ask for a picture /video or reasonable proof of the damaged item (or package) as the case may be.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants, depending on availability in our warehouse. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
Refund to the original payment method, or store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?

and you will get instructions on how to return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
I want to cancel my order:
Please contact support@sleepbysanti.co. If the warehouse has already fulfilled the order, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will be processed.
